For Occupation in Demand Category if Province does not require ECA and give nomination, but when a person submit Visa application to CIC in next step , does ECA require to submit?

Hello

You will NOT get a mail if status changed to "In process" and
Mail will be sent by SINP through correspondence to your email id only when status changed to
"Application Received"
"Application Returned"
"Application Ineligible"
"Application Nominated" and
"Waiting on Applicant"

Application Returned = When you have any key documents missing and SINP decided not to process your application further.

Application Ineligible = When you have submitted all of the required documents but after processing SINP found that you are not eligible for nomination due to nomination criteria not fulfilled.
