I just want to ask if I need to get police clearance from Saskatoon? as I lived here for more than 6months? This is in lieu with Police Clearance requirement in applying for permanent residence.

First of all Congratz for your nomination. Second, as far as I know you don't need police clearance from Canada to apply PR. What you need to get is Police Cleareance from your country/back home and any countries outside Canada where you ever live in more than 6 months.
