Yes, your spouse can apply under her name for the SINP, even if she was previously listed as a dependent on your application. The fact that her documents were used in your past application does not disqualify her. However, only one SINP application per person can be active at a time, so ensure your previous application is officially closed or withdrawn before submitting a new one under her name. It sounds like your immigration agent may be misinformed or misguiding you, consider seeking a second opinion from a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer.
Thank you very much for guide me.

Hello everyone,
My sibling, who is a blood relative, is currently residing in Saskatchewan as a permanent resident. Based on SINP eligibility criteria, my spouse should be entitled to claim 20 points under the close family relative category in the EOI.

Thank you,

You need to be licensed as ECE to be nominated. Check if your score and NOC are selected. Also due to cut of 50% not selecting Outland. So if not through EE then you are years away if even nominated. If you want PR, learn French. Age doesn't help you.
