I read and saw that many cases are disapproved and returned the documents because of no settlement Plan. Is it right? because there is no need it on the document checklist. Thank you

You submit the Settlement Plan on the screen where you submit the proof of settlement funds (I.e the three months of bank statements)

Hi ,
I Got a B.E Mechanical Degree from Washington accord accredited uni.However, i applied for Civil technologist NOC2231,and my work experiences and referral letters are authentic for Civil technician/technologist. Is there any possibility that my application/qualifications will be deemed as Overqualified for this NOC 2231?

can someone please shed some light on my scenario pls,

They will reject your application . Because you are a Mechanical Engineer and applied for Civil Engineering technologist.

Nope,But my work experiences are related to Civil all the while for 12 years even before/after acquiring degree and in Singapore those with mechanical degree expertise are also needed in civil sector.
Applied in July 28th EE still in Process..

Have at least one of the following in your field of education or training occupation:

• One year work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled profession (non-trades);
• Two years work experience in a skilled trade in the past five years; or
• Twelve months work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades).

We have submitted the SINP application in July'2017 and received ADR to submit the bank statements which shows that salaries are being transferred from employer. We are submitting atleast 5 years of bank statements. Will it be sufficient?

Submitted our docs to SINP EE in July. On 2 Oct received ADR; for Work Experience Clarifications, Educational Certificate (Require to see Degree Certificate too), Bank Statements latest with Funds converted to CAD, Marriage Certificate. All the above were resubmitted on 11th Oct, and 13th Oct, the status changed back to "In Process". We also see that now on the OASIS, there is a fund conversion date as well (is it a good sign); do you think we will get nominated any time soon? What is usual time it takes for them to change status after submission of ADR? Our NOC is 0714.
