My application have received 3 days ago by CIC through Fedex Courier but still I did not get any acknowledge from CIC. Could you please let me know how may days I have to wait for getting acknowledgement or application ID ?

about 60-65 days. They dont sent any acknowledgement letter however, you may always check when your money will be withdrawn. In my case it took 59 days to receive AOR from CIO. May be early or late in your case.

Yes, PNP was processed first. They sent email querying about my application so i have to withdraw FSW. My application was returned long time ago.
I received AOR from CIO in 28 July (PNP). I asked India visa to process my application further in the form but due to some reason my file is now in London (may be bcoz i live here). I have contacted london office, CIO saying its a mistake from their side but London rejected to transfer file to India, CIO never replied. So this is it..I dont know how long it might take..i am just waiting..not more than that.

May I ask how does it take you to get the SINP job approval letter? 1 week, 2 weeks or even longer? Did your employer submit it online for you?

Experience shows contacting them never help processing your file sooner. This situation is for all of us. Many of us, after last update still waiting for their action. I think you must wait until they decide to do something for us!

SINP started nominating from August, but these days it seems they are going quite slow on our files !! Is they started nominating just to refrain SINP applicant applying FWS !!!

HI All

your expert help is appreciated, planning to apply for SINP international skilled worker category, as a specialist physician.

As a doctor, the occupation is regulated, so do we need to obtain licensing before we apply or once nomination is confirmed? Their website is rather confusing on this.
Also note that licensing requirements take a few months, so if SINP will re-open Jan 2015 what will the intake be? 250 again

As we know SINP work on a very strange way! Sometimes they nominated applicants without any license requirement and sometimes for a same situation they asked for a license. Even they asked for a license from one applicant whose education was software engineer but work experience was computer programming with intended occupation with NOC 2174! It seams different immigration officers are trying to decide what they want, and their decisions are not base on a same rule and it is not very good for a immigration system like them. They are playing with applicants future and life.

We are still waiting for their decision. It is not really clear what will happen next but one thing is clear and it is: they have to finalize all applications until 31 DEC 2014! In that day everybody could clearly understand the final decision about his/her application. Until that day the only thing we can do is waiting.
