I got ITA on 22nd April, submitted 12th May, since then silence! Status Application received. My IELTS is expiring in mid September and when I got ITA, the score was CLB 10, but i reappeared last week and my score is CLB 8 this time. Although it still gives me same points for SINP - 70, but CRS dropped significantly, hope it doesn’t impact my profile.

Hey every one.

So I've just turned 35, and my EOI points when i was 34, were 70, but when i went to my SINP profile to check if my points were reduced, they weren't, it is still at 70. My points should become 68 due to my age not being within the 22-34 range, but it hasn't updated automatically.

So when I went to manually change it on my profile, in the "EOI points" section i.e. FACTOR I (D): AGE, it is written:

"The principal applicant's age points are calculated according to the date of application to the SINP."

I've attached a screenshot here

So my question is, should I change my age in my profile? or should I leave it as is because it says that the points are calculated according to the date of application.

Any help is much appreciated.

You said your sister applied in April 2020 and still didn't receive any upadte. This is not normal. What's her category? Can your sister access her profile using OASIS? Is her agent Canadian govt. reguated consultant?

Yes, her agent is Canadian. She doesn’t take calls or reply to her messages. Only update she gave us in last 6 months is ‘application received’
Her NOC is 4021. Is there any other way to access her file?

What was her category? Occupation in demand or Express Entry or another category? Your agent can be Canadian, that is not the issue, the issue is whether they are regulated or not by the govt. Of Canada. Besides the agent, your sister should have access to her application through the OASIS website of the Saskatchewan govt. Your sister may contact SINP via immigration@gov.sk.ca and ask them about progress of her file. While emailing them she should mention her application number in the email.

Hello there,

My bro received SINP ITA in December 2020 (Occupation In Demand category) and submitted his complete hard copy application to Nova Scotia immigration office in January 2021. So far, no news about the status from IRCC, no email and since this is a physical application there is even no online status that we can track. Please advise how we can know the status and the expected processing time for by IRCC SINP occupation in demand.

Hey guys... how much tkme does it take to receive noi after draw... the draw for sinp happened on 27th sep in which my noc was included and the sinp score was also less than mine.
I dont know where will i rcv the noi and after how much time.
