Can you please share your experience? How long is the processinc time after nomination from Saskatchewan?

Is there a way to check the authenticity of Provincial Nomination Certificate? More specifically SINP certificate. As my friend got his certificate three days back and it’s issued on 5th July, his agent gave him a print. Not sure that is genuine or not.
