you must match your duties and responsibilities.

Thank you for your answer. I am concerned because I applied for SINP under skilled trades occupation where I am not eligible (don't have qualification certificate). If I would be lucky enough te get the nomination, and if it is with NOC 9213 , I would not be eligible for EE where I chose NOC 2221 for primary occ.
I would appreciate if you could explain me a little bit more about that.

Hi nickarter,

I have a serious issue with my application. In work experience screen, i was to upload my reference letter or experience letter in it but my bad, i uploaded a wrong file(Travel form) by mistake instead of experience certificate and submitted the application to SINP.

Now, will they ask me for the experience certificate to send them or not! Or should i email them?
Please suggest any solution for this!

Not a problem
Just send them your experience certificate via email
Don't forget to mention your application number
If possible, write a little bit explanation about the issue

need your precious advice on my below query.

I have successfully submitted my SINP OID application on 3rd jan (got the email says my application submitted successfully).

I understand i have not missed any documents but for the safe side can i email all my documents to their email id with my file number ? (need ur advice) & please see below where i have uploaded my documents in online portal and tell me its the correct way or not.

1) Job Offer/Employment "What should i select here ?" I am applying under Occupation on-demand stream"
2) Points Grid "Completed got 63 Points"
3) Current Residency/Settlement Destination "Completed"
4) Applicant Details "Completed with Information"
5) Ethical Conduct "Uploaded Ethical Conduct Form"
6) Information Discloser
7) Citizenship
08) Birth Documents "Uploaded All Applicants Birth Certificates including my" in individual pdf files
9) Passport "Uploaded All Applicants Passport Individually" in pdf format (After creating passports steps)
10) Marital Status " Uploaded Marriage Certificate"
11) Education "Uploaded WES report, Educational docs (B.TECH, M.TECH, & MBA) with degree and Marksheets" in individual files pdf
12) Work Experience " Uploaded All Experience (Reference Letters, Pay Slips, Offer/Appointment Letter & Promotion letters"
13) English/French " Uploaded IELTS result"
14) Applicant Details Final Page

on second screen i have uploaded cic forms, settlement plan, bank certificate, statement and account balance screen shot.

hi guys,

question for work experience certificate, i've been running my computer repair and sales business for 9 years now, it's a small business so i also do the work, would this be considered work experience? i'm trying to apply for OID, NOC 2282, what i do fits the description of the NOC number, but what certificate should i provide?

I have another question, in OASIS step 1 skilled worker pre-application

"I have at least one year of work experience in:" i can't choose because my noc is not in the list

does it mean that i cannot submit my application?

What are the options?
because for me it was asking for the Job offer so I answered NO
and then it asked for express entry profile number, job seeker code and NOC Code

Yes, it will be considered.

You can prepare an Experience Certificate on your official letter head,

mention all your duties and responsibilities.

You can check the first page of this thread for the rest of documents.
for Education Documents, you can provide highest degree+transcript achieved.

Nic what would be the average time frame to get completeness check, inprocess and decision.

Actually that is really my problem. my noc is 3012, registered nurse. There is no other noc listed that matches or close enough to our duties & responsibilities. :-[
The noc in the list is more on engineers and trade skills.

are those people with that noc will be the only ones that can apply at the moment?

It's really hard to say anything at this stage,
but as a prediction, you may get nomination in mid-March.
So, be patient
