1st Step. Visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index

2nd Step. Provide answers to all the question asked in the plan

3rd Step. Provide Email and you will get in your e-mail Print the plan


4th Step. Scan the plan.

5th Step. Upload the plan.

6th Step. Upload Settlement Plan in Settlement Fund Tab (same as POF tab)

Hello Pratik,

What is the NOC for which you have applied, SINP needs License for some professions
Please see page 23 in SINP guideline to check whether your NOC requires license or not

I applied under category 2173 and it requires licensing but not sure how to obtain. Looks like there are many agencies issuing licenses and no timeline has been provided by them

If you are able to prove that you have experience in 2174 as per the NOC roles and responsibilities, you can go ahead but if you are simply changing NOC while applying and the experience is same as what you applied last time, SINP might think you are circumventing the licensing requirements by just changing NOC. Do you have separate work experience in NOC 2173 and 2174?

Hello Pratik,

I will give you an Example for NOC 2173 and 2173
One of my friend applied in Nov intake for NOC 2173 and he was rejected for license for 2173
He again applied on Dec 16 with NOC 2174 intake and he got nominated
So, better change the NOC to 2174 and apply and make sure Roles and Responsibilities matches 2174

However, there is no harm to upload secondary certificates (to be on a safe side)

question for work experience certificate, i've been running my computer repair and sales business for 9 years now, it's a small business so i also do the work, would this be considered work experience? i'm trying to apply for OID, NOC 2282, what i do fits the description of the NOC number, but what certificate should i provide?

I do not have separate work experience for 2173 and 2174 but my duties match both categories. Should it be okay?

I have left this forum for a long time and I just heard about your nomitation. Please accept my congratulations!!

My status is in process in second review. I got an ineligible letter in June because fail to get a licensure from CPA SK. But I tried my best to get CPA membership later and send the letter to imm. Now they reply no words to me.

Could you please share with me your experince? Such as your work responsbilities, your IELTS sore, and what you got from CPA SK....
