SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

My brother in low applied as a biological technian although he is a doctor so his application returned . The question is if they need a doctor next January ?can anyone know?if yes how can his qualifications be licened ? The other qiestion although he is a tropical medicine specialist and his qualification in medicine . His experience in biological laboratory assistant for eight years but he didn't mention that .. So if he write this in his experience in January they will accept him as biological technician?

If his education is related to the profession and has related work experience only than he would get the nomination OTHERWISE NOT. If he did not mention the work experience earlier how would he mention later on? Why was his application returned this year ?

couldn't find any affixed documents to read and declare it .Could you please how can he find it ?

No, it's not necessary for your work experience to be related to your education, so long as you have performed, or are performing, work in the occupation that you are claiming points for. However, this may not applies for regulated occupations

Yes you are correct, but do not completely agree with you. If you read again the above statement form Saskatchewan site, alternatively they are asking for equivalent training. Eg: including job training certificates, or if your job related to IT you can prove ur eligibility by providing software vendor issued certificates along with experience letter from your employer.

Any one have any idea about 2nd review timeline? I have applied since 29th May for 2nd review they give me acknowledgement of 2nd review on 14th September then status change to 2nd review in process.. Still no response from Sinp .. I am applicant of 2nd jan of Noc.1111. My case was rejected due to license. Please share your timeline of 2nd review?

Thanx for reply. his qualification are as follow : bachelore degree of medicine .master degree of tropical medicine . diploma of internal medicine . medical council of canada evaluation exam. his experience is specialist of tropical medicine since 15 years . but during this peroid he worked as a labratory assistant but he didn't mention that in his experience only mention he is a specialist of tropical medicine .. he apply as biological technician NOC but they refuse his application .. so if he mention that he worked as a biological laboratory assistant in his experience they will accept his new application next January ??? second question as he is a doctor and his NOC as a doctor want regualtion body so where can his qualifications be liecened if the SINP new occupation allows new NOC like doctors to apply next January

I am working in a good job and I have contract with the company that I will stay with the company for one year. I am also planing to apply for SINP without job offer in January 2016. In this regard I want to know when Background check will be carried out . Will it be done Before nomination by SINP or After nomination ( By CIC ). It is very important for me as I do not want to open this secret to my company that I have any plan to leave company or immigration to Canada.
There are lot of people those get nomination from SINP. Can they please share whether SINP call or enquire any body regarding your employment before issuing nomination letter. Even if you have no information regarding this but nominated . Kindly share it, as it will prove that background is checked after nomination and only by CIC.

Background checks regarding your job n employment are done by Province before nominating you. They may call or email your employer and any references that you have provided in your application.
Though sometimes they skip the enquiry if they are satisfied with your details.

Hi everyone,

I applied on 19-06-2015 at sinp program. After few months wait my application status has changed from Application Recieved to In Process on 23-09-2015. But since then no response from sinp authorities.

I emailed and inquired about current application status and in return got same response of IN Process.

no documents demanded yet....i provided all the scanned stuff to Sinp..

What should i do now? wait n only wait?
