Need Help With Bank Statement, Wife's Birth Certificate and Job Experience letter

Iam in the process of submitting the SINP Application online, however, I have two major hurdles, for which I need help from forum members

Bank Statement:
Iam married, and have one kid (4years), Do I need to show $18500 CAD or $10000 (i have read in old post) in my bank statement - 3months Average.
$18,260 for 3 persons (including main applicant)
3 Months bank statement + Bank Certificate (Recommended)


Also, Can i take money from my Mom,relative or a bank loan, if I am short with some money
Funds must be stable in your account 3 months prior to application submission
and the money shouldn't be borrowed.




Birth Certificate:
My wife does not have a birth certificate, and it is not possible to get one.Can I produce a affidavit or some other document (she has passport)?
You can provide an affidavit and attach School Leaving Certificate and Passport.

Job Experience letter:
I work in a big multi-national company, and they are not ready to give roles and responsibilities on letter head, and there is no provision for my Manager to secure a letter head - to put roles and responsibilities. They have given me once experience letter mentioning my role and time of joining. Also, Is it possible for the Manager, to send the roles and responsibilities by company official email.

They don't accept reference letter via email,
recently one of the group member reported that he got a request of Reference Letter mentioning his duties on company Letterhead


Request your immediate assistance, as I intend to submit this application by this weekend.

No friend, they wouldn't change noc code for you other then the one selected by you.

They will change it some times based on my experience!

Someone plzz suggest... will there be any acknoledgment of initial application screening from SINP. What could be the first possible communication from SINP officials?

If they assigned you a file number
Then it means application is accepted in the cap
Moreover they send an acknowledgement letter
However, i didn't recieve this letter after submission

You will get application received letter through email. You file number is already generated when you submitted your application, you can view it in Application summary.

Yes. Login and check submitted application, you will find status on top corner.. currently it would be application received.

1. How can I ask SINP to update the passport details?
2. Should i accept the nomination in Express Entry account before SINP responds to the request?

In your OASIS account, you can see SUMMARY OF APPLICATIONS tab,

There you would find the status of your application.

I did not submit anything related to license criteria.
Brief background may be helpful. I have experience both 1111 and 1112 category. My current occupation is 1112. When I initially applied to SINP, I mentioned 1111 as my intended occupation but when SINP issued my nomination letter they informed me to mention 1112 as my NOC. They never asked anything related to license that you mentioned.

How did they inform you to mention 1112? have you sent an email to ask clarification?

I have similar situation unfortunate I have asked them just clarify, I dont know weather I made any mistake?

Congratulations for your nomination

No need to update the passport details in the nomination letter

Just add your new passport details in the federal forms when u r ready to submit your package to CIO

this will not cause any problem , Don't worry

Is there a way to contact CIC to get the status update on my application?
It's 3 months and I haven't received any email from CIC. It seems they'll reject the application if I missed any key document.

Did anyone recently receive AOR/EP from CIC?

My application was received by CIC on 6th Aug and it's almost 3 months, I haven't received any email related to AOR/EP. I'm getting bit worried.

Do they return application if some critical piece of information is missing?
I haven't included Police Clearance Certificate but added a cover letter saying it's in progress.

I was having similar situation with my spouse and She renewed her passport and when I send them to renew the attached letter to the nomination letter , they acknowledged me to do so and I did that and it was OK

but I attach the nomination letter as received from SINP and also I attach a copy from the expired passport whose number was appearing in the nomination letter and a paper telling that the passport has been renewed along with the new passport copy
