SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hello Seniors,

I have a query - What is the validity of SINP nomination?

30 days to accept it in EE profile is known. What if CIC rejects someone's application after ITA, can he re-apply with the same SINP nomination?

SINP nomination is normally valid for 6 months and if someone don't use it in 6 months period, with filling Extension/Revision form, SINP will extend validation time and it can be used for later apply.
The above rule is for the most SINP nomination programs and categories but I am not sure if there is other rules for Express Entry subcategory?

Enjoy brand new ECAS system! Mine works in the old and incorrect way and I have only one little "Application Received" line in my ECAS system! :-\
Don't you think that for your cases, that delay worth to receive EP AOR later BUT enjoy the brand new ECAS system at the end!!! ;D

But this new ECAS giving me a thought which is, as they stated they already started processing. Does it mean they are not sending it anywhere & going to process it in Nova Scotia/Ottowa visa office? These VO are famous for their "Post MR Hibernation".

Happy for you mate ...I have a doubt.

I got invitation to apply from New Brunswick.. They have asked in one of the form whether I have applied in any other provinces. I have applied SINP in mid of June 2015.

It is still in app received status. Do I need to declare this in NB form as they can doubt on my credibility as I have applied for multiple provinces.

Also last year apr i have applied for NS but application came back due to CAP. should i mention this as well

No, All of recently received EP AOR applicants have their In Process in their ECAS now. Your file will transfer to one local visa office but the important question is WHERE?! Ottawa? Manila? Singapore? Paris?
Only God and CIO employers know the answer! ;D

It is a very hard decision my friend! Because If you wrote, you already applied in SINP and last year in NSNP, New Brunswick won't nominate you because you are telling them you by heart didn't select New Brunswick as a live or work destination!
If you don't tell them the truth then it is possible they accept you and nominate you, in this situation if CIC don't find the truth either, you will be safe BUT if CIC find about it, there will be a bad ending and misrepresentation matter!

It is a very sensitive and important decision and you should think about it carefully and accept any future consequences for yourself before you you want to do anything my friend

Actually I don't know bro , may be by address but if there is a problem or a load on that office u may be routed to other visa office... but that's all my suggestions i don't have real information

Yes i too think that they are also allocating based on the load because some Singapore applications went to manila, earlier many fsw applications transferred from India to Warsaw and Colombo.

One question - If at all possible please let me know the country you mentioned for your residence and mailing.
Earlier they used to allocate inland and US applicants to Ottawa office i think hence trying to see if they started allocating some other country applicants too.

Hello my friends!

I received my Medical Request today(Saturday 08 August 2015 @ 10:26AM Paris Local time)!

My Timeline again:

CIO received my application: 07 MAY 2015
I Received Direct EP AOR from CIO: 23 JUNE 2015 (47days after Application Received)
I Received File Transfer Email from Paris Visa Office: 11 JULY 2015 (18days after EP AOR)
I Received my Medical Request from Paris Visa Office: 08 AUGUST 2015 (28days after File Transfer Email)

My status isn't In Process yet because in Paris Visa Office it is normal to send Medical Request and some other document update(If it is needed) first and then after 1 or 2 months after Medical Result received date, they will change the status to "In Process" and finalize the application in the next 1 to 2 months and finally send Passport request at the end.

They didn't request any additional documents from me and I only received Medical Request.

I hope we can hear very good news from our friends here in this forum everyday!

But in both cases SINP ( still processing not started ) and NS ( application returned after CAP)..

Dn't know if provinces or CIC will have any data about it ...I think there will be many sailing in the same boat...Guys any search or suggestion
