Did they email you with that request for a copy of ur rejection letter?

I was rejected on FSW 2014 as well due to cap been full, but nowhere in OASIS Sinp asked for a copy of my rejection letter.

I sent my app to CIC, it was received on June 30th...waiting for their response and the next steps.

Seems like all of you have sent your applications to the CIC already except me.
Can you pls tell me whether you sent it through some agent or yourselves.
I am processing through a reputed agency but they seem to be most unprofessional people i hv ever seen. My file has been lying for more than a month in their office and not yet sent. Every time they have a new excuse and now its getting really frustrating.

As long as you got required points e.g education,age and experience etc you are eligible.

Hi All,

I am getting ready to apply to CIO after my nomination, and wanted to ask a few questions

1. Do I have to attach bank statement / balance certificate along with the Schedule 4: Economic Classes.
2. Is it ok to submit application without police certificates, and wait for CIC to request them later
3. What happens after mailing the application? When to expect a response from CIC?

1) NO. Don't send extra documents and only do what they mentioned in the checklist.
2) YES. You can do it if you don't have your PCC now but if you can get your PCC now then get and send it with your application because it can prevent further delays.
3) It is different for Inland and Outland applicants. For Inlands it will take 75 days and for Outlands it will take 57 days now for receiving their EP AOR from CIO.

My husbands work experience is as below in the pharmaceutical industry. Noc 9212 is in demand occupation list. Can we take points for the entire 10 years in this NOC code as his job duties matches the noc code 9212 and 0911 though the designation differs. Please suggest.
