Sorry to hear this masim2014. When did u get ineligible letter?

Better u start for licence procedure so u can apply in future program when it get open.

Hi Hari,

I applied FSW through a consultancy and they have not given my package yet. so I don't know what is my UCI. I asked them, but they told they have some procedures to be done before handing over the document. Can I skip if it is not a mandatory field? Also I do have the same question what sanjeev31 has "Do We have to select Skilled worker if We are applying or SINP Express entry, through there online web portal?(No nomination yet)"

Hi rose,

Regarding online application, right now there is no option for SINP Express entry. It may be added on 22 May after system upgradation. The existing Skilled worker option is for those having job offer from Saskatchewan employer.

So my suggestion is wait for system upgradation.

Prepare for getting license immediately if you want to apply for SINP next year. No other option except license. Good luck .

You made a blunder my friend, hope CIC considers your application with this mistake. Try calling CIC and explain them. Anyone had done similar mistake before and what was the outcome?

It's now quite impossible to predict the outcome. As it solely depending on the AOR issuing Officer to either accepting this or return the application form to you. Good possibility to accept it for now but even If they do overlook this section & place your application in PNP qeue ( most possibly they would ) than later stage your case officer would ask for updated Generic form probably with your MR. For now, I'd say, leave all worry and hope for the best.

UCI - Its not mandatory hence still thinking whether to mention the number (i have been issued even though its not in the same format) or not.
Express entry - Not sure. Our experts can answer as i have not looked at the forms yet.

If you dont have soft copy then prepare it by scanning the header portion of your existing letter and put it in word which will appear as top of the letter. Print it. Now this will serve as letter head. Later print the letter in the letter head.
