Spicey, What is the reason they mentioned in the letter?

Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having $28,105 deposited in a bank for at least 3 months before the application was submitted.

I did not provide all these information anyway since my name is in the payer section and does not even see the importance of the information to them. It should have been stated on the receipt if they are important. I believe the reference number is sufficient for them to verify payment. I hope my application is not returned because of this.

You should be good.

Most of the posts on the application being returned were due to unsigned forms or payment issues. I think that they also know that all detail cannot be minutely perfect. So i think if we have all the forms signed and payment gets through without any problem then they just accept the application and ask for additional detail/form/document if required. What do you all think? So let us first sign the application and start filling the forms :).

Dear Spicey,
I am so sorry that SINP's decision wasn't correct for you and I really hope you can win this game by getting your nomination very soon and make all of us happy. ;)

Anyone has requirement to get pcc from US? I am asking on it because i need one. It says the turnaround time is 12-14 weeks... So thinking how i can cut short the waiting time :) to get the pcc magically in 3 weeks :) so that i can also queue it up with cio along with our others' applications.

http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks/identity-history-summary-checks
On September 7, 2014, CJIS installed a new IT system. As a result of this installation, we are experiencing delays in processing. Please be assured that each issue is being identified and resolved as quickly as possible, but at this time anticipated processing time for an Identity History Summary is approximately 12-14 weeks. Allow additional time for mail delivery.

I sent my FBI PCC request on Dec 1, 2014. My CC was charged on March 2, 2015. So expecting it any day now. Can anyone plz tell me how long does it take to get US PCC after the CC has been charged? I am currently living in the US.

If i do not include it now with the application to cio then i will not get this much enough time to get pcc while comparing to the time they give when cio asks for it, correct? Do anyone know how much time CIO/VisaOffice gives us to produce any necessary document?

Congrats my friend. I think your case made a big hope for all other same applicants who are waiting for SINP's second review and it proved, they are really going to review applications carefully for the second time. ;)

I thereby certifying you as a honorable SINP Nominee on your second review 2. :D

Don't be sad even for a sec. Well, I'm not. As you know your good God is doing everything in perfect order and have faith on Him... Consider this decision as a temp pause but keep believing better things are just approaching ...
Recovering from "Settlement fund factor" is just a simple matter of how well you convincing them that " hey you!! I had that money, loook" and I know you are good at it.
Have a blasting future my friend... :)
