Today i have tried to create an account for express entry, but when i checked the eligibility CRC. It shows i do not eligible for EE.

How many points do i need to create an account for EE. My points are 358

Also, check if you have marked the funds appropriately

Application intake thresholds are set and adjusted based on our annual allocation from the federal government, inventory levels and processing capacity. Inventory and processing capacity can change quickly and we manage our intake thresholds accordingly. Please monitor our website closely for any changes in the threshold in the future. Thank you.

Hello all..
I applied on 25 sept. OID ..GET MY STATUS CHANGE to IN PROCESS on 5th march 2016.
But today i got a mail regarding missing document( MAIL WORDS ARE:- that i have to send missing document that are written in the list of
attached document with mail.)
Now when i opened that document.. there is nothing written under missing document list..
does this mean i do not have to send any documet or should i mail sinp that no document is listed under missing or incomplete list.
Please let me know Seniors..

Please scroll through the whole document as there might be blank page accidentally, i know you might have checked but wanted to make sure we check it thoroughly.

Yes buddy i too think that you need to email them asking on it. They are prompt in replying hence good luck, hopefully not complicated documents are being asked.

NO. Skill type B of NOC is eligible to apply under Federal Skilled Worker Category.

My brother applied for SINP in September 2015 without job offer. he was asked to submit more documents in Dec. which we did. In jan we got a refusal from SINP on the settlement funds issue. At all the time we had enough funds available, which was more than3 months old. Considering this we asked for second review. which was granted.

-Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for 2nd review ?
-Are there any hope for the light at the end of the tunnel?

Everything from our side is up to date. Its just they have to give a better look? Everything was in the form of FD in savings A/C. which is renewable every year.

Any inputs are appreciated.

there is no official timeline for second review, it depends on case-to-case and also on the error you pointing out in their decision. One of the applicant in the watsapp group waited for more than 5 months for the decision from his second review, but he is lucky to have chance to apply for SINP EE Category in the month of DEC 2015.

The SINP might have explained the issues with your POF in the refusal letter. What are they?
In the additional documentation request, is there anything related to POF?

'proof of transferable Funds

You dont meet SINP requirements. You must have proof of $11931 deposited and maintained in a bank for at least 3 months prior to submitting you application and through out the entire immigration process..""

But as I mentioned, he had more funds shown in his account than this. also everything was over 3 months old......

any thoughts ??

Absolutely it was..it was very much shown on the papers....in all the FDs....
