i need a suggestion,

I am BBA and MBA in Management and I have 10 years work experience in NOC 0111 and 1 year in NOC 4163.
Now my question is
can i apply under NOC 4163 and can i get full 15 points for work experience??

i am filling the post ITA online forms. May i know whether UCI#-Name is applicable to me? i have never applied before, infact i just had one EE profile which i withdrawed before sinp nomination.

later i created another EE profile, got nomination and now filling post ITA forms.

Pls advise.

UCI is not applicable to you as you have never applied for a Canadian Visa (permanent resident or any other type of visa), so leave it blank on EE.

Refer this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=772&t=4 and following is the extract from this link "If you are applying online and the form does not allow you to input “N/A,” leave the space blank"

I have completed Bachelor of Science degree ( 3 year ) and Master degree of Science (2 year ). I checked with wes equivallancy tool and found following observation-
Bachelor of Science - equivalent to Community college diploma
Master of Science - equivalent to Bachelor degree

As I am interested to apply for SINP - Occupation in demand and wes assessment not required for this category, Can I claim for points for my Master degree or not.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

I have applied in SINP Express entry and got nomination.While filling the PR application I came to know that My father-in-law has applied for Canada PR in 2002
when my spouse age was 14 year and that file was refused in 2007 when my spouse age was 19 year.My father-in-law has included my spouse as a dependent child.
They have also stamp in my spouse old passport.Now she has new passport with my name.

Now the questions are
1)While submiting the SINP Application in Schedule A Background_Declaration from in point 6(d).

"Has <xyz> been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa
(including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program)
or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"

I have selected NO.
Do I need to select yes and sent to SINP before submitting the PR file?

2)In the Express entry Profile,there is one question in spouse section.

"Do you ever applied for permanent resident?"

I have selected No.

What to do in this while submitting the PR file?

I completed Bachelor of Science without computer which is not related to my intended occupation. I applied with NOC 2282 (User Support Tech) on the basis of my One year Computer Diploma and I have a sufficient experience in this field. I submitted the OID form on 04/01/2016. Am I eligible to get my Education credentials 20 points on behalf of my Bachelor's degree. Please clarify frnds.

Saskatchewan government opened cases 3 4 times continuously in last 1 2 months. My each and every document was up to date and properly completed. I know their processing time for SINP nomination is 2.8 months. But some applicants who applied on same date got their nomination in only 10 15 days after applying. moreover, The Saskatchewan immigration government always open fresh 500 caps after every 15 20 days without giving any update about previous cases. everyone wo have applied for SINP international skilled worker is confused about their status. Now please clear that what are the chances for state nomination for all the candidates who have applied and have complete documenation ?

SINP requires WES for EE category but you must show transcript with your certificate to claim point under education for OID

Yes, there is likely hood of reopening again before the end of the year just be prepared.
