SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

hi guys
i submitted my application in 3-1-2016 and application received , my question is how long it maybe take for nomination and how long will take with CIC also if all documents are fine without problem
please help me with that from some one already nominated or already in canada now from SINP stream :'(

Congratulations for submission first

Are u submitting as express entry of PNP On demand stream ?

If u r PNP on demand stream so this reply is for u

for nomination it normally take from 4 to 6 months for the first phase until u r nominated insha'Allah

then they will give u 6 months from nomination date to submit your CIC package

The number of months CIC will take till u got your PPR depends on your Visa office

Me and my friend got nominated by Saskatchewan on (Dec 2015), but we are not sure if there are opportunities for our skills NOC-2173 (software engineer) in that province. Is there anyone who could help us with job opportunities available in saskatchewan. We are particularly interested to know about job opportunities for ETL Informatica, Mainframe technologies. Hi,

When i prepared my application to CIC, i was stuck with photo requirements. In the Document checklist it says that 'on the back of 5 of the photographs,write the name and date of birth of the person who appears in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken. Leave the 6 th photograph blank'. But in the Appendix A photo Specification it says that 'the back of 1 photo must include Date, name and address of photographic studio'.

So what do you suggest, i have written name ,DOB, and date taken on 5 photos and left one blank, is that enough or not
please advise

Point C. Picture size is 100 KB.
Point F. Experience letters doesn't mention whether the job is full time and work hours are 40/week. however, i will obtain revised letters, i do have last salary slip with every company, does it fulfills the acquirement of salary?

I applied for SINP 2015 in June 2015.But my application was rejected on 20 th December ,2015.My VO officer Wrote

Following a careful review of your application and supporting materials we are unable to nominate
you under the SINP Express Entry Category. Approvals under this program are limited to those who
have met all the required qualifications. In your case, your application was found to be deficient
because of the reasons listed in the enclosure.

Work Experience Credentials
You do not have a minimum of one-year work experience in the past ten years related to your field of
education or training.
Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having $11,931 CAD
maintained in your account(s) for at least 3 months prior to your application to the SINP and
maintained throughout the entire immigration process.

Now my problem is i applied for 2171 for 5.5 years of experience in this NOC however i graduated from National institute of Fashion technology in India with a four year manufacturing degree and then worked for 2 years in manufacturing in a different NOC which i did not include as i was qualifying for 60 points without that and my employers were reluctant to give me the experience certificates and funds were more or less liquid so did not have that constant though.

Now i do not understand what to do in this kind of situation.Seniors please advise.I do not know whether i should go for secondary review

You can appeal for the below as you have 45 days to appeal from the time of your application Ineligible.
You do not have a minimum of one-year work experience in the past ten years related to your field of
education or training

BUT

They will not accept for Proof of Funds explanation if you have not maintained it for 3 months before the time of application submitted

My advise will be next intake will open in March or April 2016 and you apply in that.
Apply for Skill "B" like 2283 (It is same as 2171) and show your education related experience also but it should present as per SINP Guide
Skill "A" or Skill "B". Please download SINP guide and refer page 23 to 26

Yes, please remove metric and intermediate certificates. This is not needed.

Yes, if you get the revised letter and you have salary slip, this will fulfill all requirements for the work experience part

There is no big difference in application procedure, processing times are different, requirements are little bit different. You can find guides with all the requirements for each stream.

I am BBA and MBA in Management and I have 10 years work experience in NOC 0111 and 1 year in NOC 4163.
Now my question is
can i apply under NOC 4163 and can i get full 15 points for work experience??
