Hello dear ADRSCUDS mine is also in 2nd review process still from 29th May-2015. I am also waiting. i have NOC-1111.

Hummm, you're waiting for a little less time than I, but still, nonetheless a long time!

Sinp promises us a response within 60 days. Well, it's been 202 days for me so far... and counting! 1 week shy of a 7 months wait...

You will need to request from you bank a fresh bank statement, any day in December, in that moment your
balance must show your requested funds from at least October to December.

i see that you also submitted for NSPNP. are they even accepting express entry? i attempted to do that last year, but was capped even though i sent my application in the next few days after they opened the category.

Nop, this is from january stream. Mine from EE got rejected cz sinp didn't accept my pension funds as POF.

The app from the january stream is "supposedly" still good, but under second review.

Is any1 still under 2nd review?

Mine is under that status since april 7th. It's been over 6 months already, and every time I email sinp I get the very same answer, saying that my app is with a different manager under second review, and, if need be, they'll request me additional documents.

Who was the manager that rejected your application? Email the other immigration manager and ask for status of your app.

It was Tracy Davies. I've already mailed her, and got some generic answer.

Also mailed the other manager, Mr David Li, who's now reviewing my app, and got the very same generic answer.

Everytime I email them i get the same, basic, answer:

Thank you for your inquiry. The second review of Application 108**** is in process. An Officer will contact you if any additional information is required.

[Dear All,

I have filed my SINP on 25th sep 2015 under occupation in demand category.

I was previously told that the processing time would be 3.5 months.

But now the SINP average processing time shows 7.2 months.

I am really confused and devastated...........Request you to Please suggest

Anyone from ADVO any idea if they notify the applicants every time a file is transferred to them or they just directly send the MR.

My SINP appl.has been returned because they say that the language test doc. is missing. But when I was filing the application, at no point of time, i was asked to upload this doc. Also this doc. is already uploaded in the express entry profile so I feel like cheated. Has anyone faced this problem or overcome this issue?

Dear skp sorry to hear that.

In the past SINP requested missing documents, but with express entry candidates, they changed and disqualify many
candidates due missing documents.
