During the waiting time, I have finished my EE application, it is a very boring process.

i think so because i completed the profile with the google chrome and it was ok

Same here, I completed all forms and uploaded all documents using Safari for OS X Yosemite (always the latest version).

I use chrome or IE 11.
It appears the same message on the first page,
