Yes, you need to answer "YES" to that as your student visa was refused. You can scan the refusal seal and upload.

If I have expeiece for 2 years and 2 months is that considered 3 years or 2 years
and I was born in march 1981.. am I 34 or 35?

Hi,

Your experiance will be considered as 2 years. And your age is 34 years. If u have relative in sask then it will add extra points and more weightage to your file. I think u can show rental receipt or aggrement if available.

I talked to my brother and he told me for the first months he just has a letter of nomination and some fund transfered to his account from the hospital where he worked. that's for almist 5 months and it has been 10 months that he has a contract fot the house and lease.

Does that count for his more that 1 year stay or not?

I think u should apply with whatever proof available with your relative. If require, SINP will request additional document later on and u can prepare at that time.

So apply ASAP.

As I mentioned earlier, Manila visa office requested updated personal history and address details along with permanent job offer letter on June 15. I sent the updated personal history and address details and an explanation letter that I am not under " with job offer category". After that visa office did not request any additional documents.

I am not quite sure what do you mean by AOR?
-AOR for receipt of application transferred from CIO?-yes
-AOR for receipt of additional documents? No, just auto response. But I sent a separate CSE, then they acknowledged.
-AOR for decision made? I believe yes. Expecting that communication within next 10 days.

I wonder if visa office is not receiving full the candidate profile as visa office was asking on job offer document even though our category is for without job offer. I think that CIC receives only Name, dependents and passport information (and other minimal information) not to the extent of with employer sponsored and so on.

I'm really happy for you guys who are on that stage of the process by now.

Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for a "possible" nomination....

Already wraped my mind up in the idea of only moving next year. This year will most likely be impossible for me at this stage. We're already half way through the year and my process still is standing still... sigh
