Application rejected due to insufficient fund prior to the submission of application and the entire immigration process. Albeit I have been maintaining above the required funds since December but they haven't requested for the up to date bank statement from 02 January till now.

Is there any chance if I request them to review the decision and send them the up to date bank statement as I have been maintaining funds above the required amount since December last year? This contradicts to their reason of rejection that I am not maintaining the amount throughout the entire immigration process.

No point in appealing again. Though you can apply for SINP Express Entry and will be eligible.

Sorry friend. No point in contacting as they have clearly mentioned that they need sufficient prior 3 months funds to be in applicants account at the time of application submission.

Contacting them also didn't work out. I contacted Friday no changes. They didn't consider

Congratulations !, you are going to receive a confirmation at 5:00pm Regina Time

How did you manage to prove the license in saskatchewan?, according with our records
you applied as Software Engineers and Designers A Yes

Very happy for you!

His role is Electrical and Electonics Technologist, which does not need licence. Nominations and rejections rolling. My advise to the rejected, package your application completely without haste for EE or SINP 2016. It just look far but it is not. These westerners do not joke with rules and regulations. All the best

Application ineligble for my friend Gabola due to not meeting points of 60 out of 100.

His assessment

Education - 20
Experience - 15
Age - 10
Language - L:5
R:4.5
W:5.0
S:6.5

I believe they used clb 5 for him while his score cut across clb 5 to 6. Please can i have the contacts to appeal for a review those that have appeal their case.
Thanks

I could be wrong in this - I read somewhere that those applicants who are from English speaking countries won't be given points for IELTS....and that is why SINP has a separate page for IELTS (not in the skilled workers point page)....if i recall correctly somebody else had this issue - they had the required points with IELTS but not without..

Again I might be mistaken...does anyone else know about this?

Hi - if this is in regards to SINP occupation in demand then if you are a native English speaker you do not need to prove your language proficiency with ielts but you will not get any points. So for example as I have a relative I would have achieved the minimum amount of points without ielts and been accepted however with express entry ielts is a must - so I ended up sitting it anyway.

To those that have received rejection do not be disheartened for too long, as others have said express entry and SINP 2016 is in the not too distant future. If you are going to apply for express entry remember there are mandatory things like getting an ECA done, IELTS and then getting entry into the cic express entry pool. Best of luck to you all.

Congratulations to those with nomination from SINP.. :)

And i feel sorry for those with "application ineligible status" i can only encourage you that you should not allow this be the end of your dream, your only option is to either appeal your case or re-fire through other routes; it surely will end in praise. :)

I also got ineligible for nomination letter from sinp on Tuesday;

Here is what sinp mentioned in their letter
Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having at least
$24,920 deposited in a bank for the three months preceding the application and throughout
the immigration process

Meanwhile, i had submitted transaction history (oct 2014 - feb 2015 each) for 3 bank all together:
1. Acct A (did 6mths fixed deposit in dec of about $28,000) - sinp only pulled a $17,399 midway my transactions in Oct.... this prompted me to send transaction history for my other banks mentioned below given that i believe the total amount in both added to the $17,399 will make sinp see that i have sufficient funds for my family size.
2. Acct B (My salary account) - sinp only uploaded the bank statement, filled out my acct name and acct number and refused to fill out all the other details like amount in foreign currency, date of conversion et al
3. Acct C (account i use for my personal business) - sinp also did as mentioned for Acct B above.

I believe the 3 amount in the accounts put together definitely meets my required POF amount $24,920

I am thinking of calling for a second review and will appreciate your advise.

Cheers
