Thanks a lot friend. Yesterday i submitted the documents, no change in the status (Still ineligible). So, today i have looped the director and the manager who reviewed my application. Let us see what happens.
NO,I mean when you got AOR and first request for documents?

I think it generally takes 1-7 days for status change depending on the volume of requests and assessing officer. So i guess its normal and ok to wait for few days.

Good luck.

Today i got mail as ineligible.

You do not meet the SINP settlement fund requirements. You do not have proof of
maintaining the minimum settlement fund amount of $21,971 CAD for three months prior
to your application.

all the best for other members

Sad to hear this unfavourable decision for Cansen and Adriano. Really wish that you guys get success in your second review - all the very best, prayers with you!

And, I am getting nervous at the same time as my AOR was received a day after Adriano's....... but there hasn't been any activity on my profile!!

Thanks VictorPapa for the insight on SINP's process - so wish that SINP hand you your nomination asap.

The rules are very clear. If your balance went below the minimum for even a single day from October 2 to January 2, you don't meet the prerequirement and can be the cause of refusal.
SINP will not show any mency on settlement fund.
To be very honest, hope for the best but prepare for the worse now :)
I'm not very hopeful but the changes in my account details by the SINP indicates slight positive for me if I'm u derstanding that correct. Not sure but I hope that SINP might give some weightage to the other factors and pluses in the application, provided that if they consider my explanation about the settlement funds. Inshaallah what ever will happen would in our best favor...any comments plz...?

Can you guys help me with some info.

I got a job from a sask employer, the position already got approval from SINP,

1. Is still I have to show required funds( I see lot of people got rejection due to short of funds)

2. Is the funds are mandatory for with job offer approval stream even at time of PR??

3. In the website it shows the processing time is 6months, is it real from you guys experiences??

Please and thank you!

Thanks brother, Iam at Alberta now, got a call from a employer couple days ago and he said he has an SINP approved job position, what you guys think?

After I get the SINP NOMINATION IS IT a problem if I change my employer before I get actual PR card???

There is a thread in this forum that give some light about it, the majority say that you could decide where to live
once you have your PR.

Good luck with your application.

Can anyone please share how a nomination certificate ( removing the personal information ) look like? ;D

Their message is very clear. :o :o :o
I like the sense of humor/choice of SINP officials, the way they chooses text color is simply awesome :)
