Sookie

please let us know specific things dear:

1) if you bachelor is 3 full years and your school was 13 years and if u joined school at the age of 5, so u should be graduated at the age if 21 and if u have now 29 years then u don't have 10 years of experience Am I right?

Started elementary school at 5 yrs. old. finished 13 yrs. High school 17. University 20. The second Bsc. degree in International Sales and Marketing part-time at the age of 24. Currently, studying MBA at Staffordshire University final year.

I am about to become 30 in less than a month. I started working since the age of 19 and a half when I was in the final year.

Bsc. degree: 20 points
Work experience in last ten years: 10 years 15 points
Age: 29 yrs. 12 pts.
IELTS score 7.0: have no clue but guess it should be 16 pts. so total: 63

It should be calculated as above. my question are

at age of 29 u r having 15 years of exp? whether u start to work from age of 14?.

Who said 15 years? You mixed 15 points with yrs.

Based in your profile they didn't believe you that you
Have 10 years of experience in Noc 2174 even though
Your education is terrific !
How did you support this 10 years of expirience?

Provided them with official signed and stamped confirmation of employment letters from past and current employers. Furthermore, I run my own business since a year and a half and also provided all business official documents, Fiscal and Business Certificates, VAT, references from big clients mostly from Western Germany, but as it seems they did not care and simply wanted to reject without enough proof and justification.

Sookie,

is your graduation regular? have you done credential assessment? was that positive?

What do you mean regular? If you mean full-time studies then yes from a public university. Did not do education credentials assessment as it was not mandatory, was it?

No Credential evaluation is required for SINP, i am also surprised about how that David Li has evaluated your file, you had 47 points before IELTS, now you say your IELTS score is 7, in that case the English proficiency score you should get is 18 (Minimum) and then your total is 65............... which is more than enough for your eligibility ! Then how DL came to conclusion that you are not eligible

what happened is very worrying I thought that when they generate the AOR this means that one pass the preliminary of points and documents completion but it seems "NO"

I am also surprised :/ but as I wrote in my previous posts they were working so fast in my case and every week they requested additional docs. and my status kept changing from Waiting on applicant to In process within 10 minutes after the submission of docs. and I remember you saying that this is good news as they are working intensively in your case (lol). I am thinking to write to Mr. Li's superior, the director of SINP? What do u suggest?

First request was Schedule A- Background declaration.

Second- Education credentials- Transcript of records.

Third- Work experience confirmation.

Letters from CIC. Spouse Background declaration. Settlemend funds. And just recently In canada relatives (did not send any as my relatives reside in another provinces) and I think this should be the reason for refusal as they thought I would not stay in Sask.
