SINP 2012 APPLICANTS

Aoa, I am sept 2011 SINP Skilled Worker Applicant ans still waiting for nomination , Any idea the case of so much delay , that might be due to employer approval letter ? 1 of my friend has got nomination with the same employer > please guide me


It seems like all the applications has been returned due to the registration of EMPLOYER and resubmitted and if that is the case then time line will start from the beginning for which our consultants are responsible for non compliance at the time of new rule.

My situation is very the same. I have a friend who has applied to SINP in very same date as I have, with the same employer as I have and he has got his additional docs in very same date too. At 20th of April 2013 he has got his nomination and still nothing for me, neither approval no rejection. It is so frustrating. To be honest I do not even believe in a happy end any more.

not only same problem with you same problem with me sinp pnp skilled worker , after 5th july 13 submit add doc request , just waiting .. not any news from sinp , even in this form other 2 friend of my have same problem like you - smfaishal , mitra , me , and you - so now total 4 people dont have news from sinp , now a days not any news from sinp for nomination , i dont know whats going on , dont give up man just pray to god for all of us.

u and I are exactly on the same boat as my app. recd was 17th Jan 2012,add doc. request 5th Feb 2013. I am being as desperate as you are but still my consultant is saying I will get my nomination soon lets see

ganun po ba, sana lang po mauna po talaga ang work permit ko. ang importanta sana makapunta na ng Canada para makapagtrabaho, hirap ng buhay dito sa Pinas.

pareho lang yan makakapunta ng canada both TWP at PR
advantage lang ng TWP mabilis ng kunti ang process.

disadvantage ng TWP:
- benifits
- health insurance
- didicated ka sa employer mo (kapag PR ka kahit 2 or 3 na bang company pwede ka mag work)

sabi nga non sponsor ko, kahit na medyo matagal ang PR basta pagdating mo dito lahat ng benifits makukuha mo.

i applied in Nov-2011 but my doc received march -2012 , and additional doc received -5th june 13 , submit- july-13 , than after no news still " in process " , so i called in nov 1st in SINP , they said we send 5th oct 13 missing doc request but i didnt received anything yet , i dont know why they said like this .. lets see what happen

congrats to your nomination, better to do the PR application first.

Hi Kelotz,

I am also from the Philippines but I am presently residing here in Singapore. We received our nomination but now we can't decide which visa office to choose as SG takes 27 months to process while Manila office takes 12 months only.But basing on you case UK office also requires 27 months but it seems you got your PR within one year.

I need your advise.

Nov. 2012 - Received the approval for SINP
March 2013 - I applied for Work permit and PR
May 2013 - undergo medical exam fro PR Application
July 2013 - Received my work permit under ( SINP Arranged Employment )
July 26, 2013 - Nova Scotia Intake Office ask for an updated Police Clearance and NBI
Nov. 2013 - Pay the RPRF

this is mr patel i just want to know they ask you for job approval letter because my time line is same march 2012 skilled worker applicant - bookeeper but doc request -june 13 , submit - july 13 , than no any news from sinp , but i called in sinp before 2 week ago they said we send you missing doc request for your employer but my counsultant said we not received anything yet , so if my 45 days time is over than they send my file back or they contact me again for missing document received ... please help me if you have any answer

i am still in sinp skilled worker from march 2012 , after july 2013 submit document requirement from sinp , still no news from sinp , so i called in 1st nov 13 , in sinp they said we send missing doc requrest for your employer but we didnt received so lets see what happen
