Kindly tell me, what will be the next step after submitting incomplete / missing documents.

After submitting the missing documents, from what I've seen in various posts, the nomination letter is not too far away. It is issued after a few weeks once the documents are received. The nomination is very close for you Beachmoon. Good luck.

Following documents SINP asked to submit within 45 days and all are ready with me.

1. Educational/Training Credentials
2. English/French Language Ability
3. Offer of Permanent Employment from a Sask Employer
4. SINP-200-1 Government of Saskatchewan Net Worth
5. IMM-5406 Additional Family Information

I am curious because I couldn't understand, do they ask you to renew such documents or these documents were not submitted initially.

Hi Beachmoon..I am curious as well because documents such as Offer Letter from Sask Employer, IELTS, Net worth are mandatory documents and need to be submitted at the time of case filing to be eligible under skilled worker category. Your response will really help to clear out this confusion for me and Frezzer

At the time of submission of docuements, i did not have the EMPLOYER, now i have, my friend helped me, who is already in CANADA.

So, due to this reason they are asking remaining documents (now everything is ready and will submit within 10 days).
I calculated my points which are between 37 to 40 and the eligible for SINP are 35 points, as you know.

Thanks Beachmoon. This really helps. Did you give your IELTS exam. If yes, how much did you get overall and how are you evaluating this as per the SINP points list.

i have done my IELTS in Feb 2012 and overall band was 5.0 : but (requirment of SNIP is overall 4.0 Band).

for points calculating download form SINP 400-1, you can evaluate yourself.

Thanks Beachmoon. I gave my IELTS in October 2011 - Overall Score 7.5. I went through the SINP guidelines but I am not sure how much points I will get for overall 7.5 IELTS score.

BTW - I have given all the documents (employer job Letter, IELTS score, Assests, etc) along with my application.
