Guys,I have Question, Please help,.....

I read on SINP website that during Federal filing, they may ask for IELTS. And i came to know that as per new FSW rules, language ability must be CLB/NCLC 7, So 6 band in each part.

I have overall 6 band but speaking is 5.5 band. So can anyone told during Federal filing it will problem, if they ask for IELTS. Mine NOC is in A category.

Please reply friends......... Reply will very helpful and appropriated......... :o 8) :D

Hi Windgust,
First of all you have to realise that Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW) and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) are not the same programs. Consequently, the rules for each program are different.
CLB/NCLC 7 this mark is for FSW but not for PNP. Mark for PNP is set by the provincial government it is vary from province to province.
So don't worry your file will be ok

No official source. I have two friends one of them waiting 25 month other one 28 and still nothing.
Well I think nationality, age and bank account makes all the difference. BTW I am 12 months old in this game.

Oh my GOD..........thats rude......... if we really going to wait another 6 months just for nomination :(

Hi frezzer, Thanks.

I know FSW and PNP is complete different but i am just wondering because we never know that VO think what for each case... If he/she had fight with her/his spouse on the day when they pick-up our file than they can ask anything ....... :-\ ;D

Don't worry Windgust, everything will be OK. No one will ask you for better language testing result. I am sure of it. Will see

Probably you are right it depends on such factors too. But unfortunately as many peoples experiences shows the waiting time is still around 3 years.

I am on Skilled Workers category it's been 12 month since <Application received> and still nothing despite the fact that skilled workers r prioritized in processing

Hi Frezzer, Did you call SINP and check with them. I read somewhere that SINP recommends if the applicant does not hear for an extended time period it is best to call the SINP and enquire.

HI ajevaemasumi,

Yes You can, please see the link, http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/contact-us

If your application has taken longer than the average time shown above, you can find out the status by contacting the SINP by email at: immigration@gov.sk.ca"- "" Quote end

I did not. I am planning to ask them thru the e-mail. To be honest I am quiet sure that the answer will be <In process> as they always do. But I will ask them anyway. I do understand all their excuses but it is just too long

Hi Frezzer, let us know what response you get out of SINP. There has to be a realistic reason for the process to take more than a year.

Anyways let us know the response that you get from SINP. I would still suggest you call them and check.

Hi everyone,
Application received on january 05, 2012 by SINP and I still heard nothing till today.

Hi Beachmoon - Which class have you applied under - Skilled Worker, Family or PG Student? It would be best to call SINP and check with them.
