With your score (don't know NOC) and no EE draws, you can't get PR ASAP. A 6 month course in Canada will not help you get PR either. You need to take at least a year. Even a year isn't enough so you need to look at 2 years and then you get a 2 or 3 year work permit. People with scores of 480+ have been waiting over a year for an invitation.

So your only option for PNP is Alberta. Alberta doesn't publish their NOCs so can't say if you will be selected. The province just announced a new tech path if you can get a job offer.
