Ways to increase your score include:
- max out your IELTS test results (score a high as possible)
- get more skilled work experience
- learn french and take the French language test
- complete additional education in your home country to increase your education points
- come to Canada on a study permit and complete a diploma or degree in Canada to get more points and then also qualify for a PGWP to be able to work in Canada after you complete your studies and get more points.

Yes - if you can get a nomination through a province, that will increase your score.
I am little worried because getting higher education will take time.
And I want to get PR/work visa asap.Or any 6 months study course will that help me getting PR easily.
With your score (don't know NOC) and no EE draws, you can't get PR ASAP. A 6 month course in Canada will not help you get PR either. You need to take at least a year. Even a year isn't enough so you need to look at 2 years and then you get a 2 or 3 year work permit. People with scores of 480+ have been waiting over a year for an invitation.
