VAC in my country re-open today (22nd June) they're work just 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM -5 PM), Waiting the for VAC at SG re-open for a future process of my PPR & COPR.

The Visa Application Centre in Singapore is expected to resume operations for limited Denmark and Iceland visa categories from 1 July 2020.

Customers who need to urgently travel to Denmark before 31 August 2020 must constitute a worthy purpose. For information on what constitutes a worthy purpose, please visit the Danish Police website.

All applications (business/holiday/family and friends) to Iceland will be accepted only if the travel date is after 1 July 2020, when entry into Iceland resumes.

circuit breaker is already over early june .. we are in phase 2 of reopening..yet, vac singapore for canada is still closed..I guess , everyone is waiting for an update today regarding Canada border opening.

• Canada Visa Application Centres closed

Following Ministerial Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada on April 9, April 29, May 19, June 9 and July 1, 2020 applicants can no longer submit an application for temporary residence in paper at the VAC. New Ministerial Instructions issued on July 1, 2020 have extended this measure until September 30, 2020. All applications for temporary residence must continue to be submitted online via IRCC’s website: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html

If you submitted an application for temporary residence in paper to the VAC on or after April 10, 2020, your application will be returned to you.

Please note that as of July 1, 2020, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada has also lifted the suspension on the processing of temporary resident visa (visitor visa) applications. Although processing of applications has resumed, travel restrictions to Canada remain in place. For more details, visit the IRCC website.

Does this mean that VAC Singapore remains closed until September 2020 ??? And they will not approve any visa until September 2020???
I submitted online temporary work visa on April 29th. Does this mean that they will not approve until September 2020?

Please help to clarify..
