Actually I had sent 40-50 web forms and emails to cic and ndvo as reminder. So I can say they are useless.
I saw many junior applicants who applied for gcms just after medical and get ppr immediately. So we can say it works like a reminder. Because for gcms reply , officer have to open the file and study it carefully. Half the work is done , Many times he also deals with the complete work. His work gets lighter.

@ashuindian, see the below link about gcms, here it says only a person is in Canada can apply for gcms or any sponsor can do it. Is it correct?

I am agreed with Ashuuddin, he has mentioned correct info about notes applying. Thanking you Ashu

If u have a friend or relative are Canada Permanent Resident or citizen, it costs 5 dollars and takes shorter (normally 30 days).
I think within May we will get MR. And if gcms notes takes more than 30 days then there is no points of doing that now.

I think the benefit as Ashu mentioned that gcms becomes a reminder to SGVO.

What should we do if no move from SGVO?exactly 10 months from FT and nearly 14 months fom AOR.
Can we raise cse to both CIC and SGVO. Even report it to SINP?

What is the processing time for your stream?

I am PNP-EE Outland (see my timeline). On my 6th month (this is the processing time for PNP-EE), I raised CSE to CIC and SGVO, emailed SGVO too, then the following day I received the PPR in myCIC account.

My second GCMS was generated 01-Feb, with no movement from the first one on 28-Dec

Since u r EE then u have timeline 6 months. If more than 6 months, VO has to process as commuter. You did upfront Medical, no need medical request as ours.
For ours as paper based, the timeline is 18 months. Then if we chase VO, they have the right to ignore.

6 months as committed, they must process.

Before, paper based together with EE fight for the timeline then 6-12 months ago, the processing time of paper based around 6 to 12 months until visa on hand. Some of my friends got FT 1 month before me but they landed Canada while I still wait for MR
