Today my PP will reach SGVO. Hopes everything goes smooth. Hope my PP faster come back to me.

@kidrobot. You should go to Winnipeg asap. Summer in Winnipeg is very nice but winter ( Nov-Feb) is very cold. If you will land on Nov or Dec the degree will be below -25 C

1st week of December will be around -10 C. I'm worry about the weather too. After PP come back then only can book the ticket.

Now I'm moving real quick to tidy up my stuff and get quotation from courier service company.

My PP just reached SGVO. Hope to receive my PP back soon. In the letter they said approximately 2 weeks time to issue the Visa.

For me, after they send the medical report to Visa Office, it takes 5 days to updated in Ecas.
