Has anyone have to re-send passport-sized photo because in the back you did not write name and DOB? I did not read this anywhere on the instructions when I did the application. I just received my GCMS notes today and this is what i read:

Text: Ommissions: Lack of biodata (name and DOB) on PA's passport-sized photos.

I m thinking of sending new passport-sized photos to Singapore ASAP. Did anyone ever get a request to re-send photos because of this reason?

First of all congratulations! I also want to send passport request "In-Person" so you said that you drop passport in Singapour on monday and got it back on Thursday? (so It took 3 days?)

Can you advise me how long have you received your GCMS notes since order date? I ordered notes since 21 Jun to now and have not received notes yet.

between 30 to 60 days , in most of the case 35 days,
mine took 33 days.

CIC told me that you cannot send passport request "in-person" since this only applies to TRV or Students, Worker and Permanent Residence people with visa expired.

You should check this link out;

Select your country then it tells you which doctor you should see to do your medical.
you have to first call the doctor to make an appointment*. Take you ID card with you in exam day. Result will be ready to collect one week after exam day. Enclose a copy of result into your package. .that's it!
* When you call them don't forget to ask about the latest requirement that they may need, such as photo, any forms, copies ....

so sponbd was d lucky one..i hard many ppl got refusal who wanted to receive passport in person....i was planning for that bad luck :'(

Hi canadavietnam: Please explain - what do you mean by - "Permanent Residence people with visa expired"? Does it mean - the people who got PR visa but got expired before they complete their landing process ?? Please advise. Thanks in advance, ?
