This is a booklet that contain all your family members such as mother, father, brothers & sisters everyone that lives in the same house which is giving out from the local authority. I am not sure is the same as your country, in Vietnam we use that booklet. I hope this help.

I guess if you have it then bring it to the interview, because it says on the interview letter that if its unavailable at the interview then it can be submitted at a later date.
