Because they are messed up, last time i went to bd, i booked with them and had my return date confirmed too, then my supervisor told me that i could stay 3months or more. So i thaught changing the date they would charge me big time in canada, so decided to change once in bd, when i ended up in bd, they told me to change my return date i have to pay them 900$ because they have to change the class(which was econo) they had no sits available for the next 1year cuz it was all booked from bd to canada so the only way i could change is to pay 900 and change class. Even though i paid my ticket over 1555$. Eithiad and emirate i changed the date only for 100 in bd. So incase you decide to change your chance would be almost zero. My husband called them for 3weeks straight to see if they had any availability for july or any month after but it was always a big NO, for sure so better stay away from them. And their plane are crappy too anyway. Instead of buying one way ticket as mirjahan said buy two way but just dont confirm any specific date or even if you do with etihad or emirat you would have to pay around 100buck thats it. good luck on finding:)

Oneway from Here is cheaper than oneway from Dhaka.
When i went, i tried with Qatar Airways one way 1370 from Dhaka and Two ways 1410 only 40 $ different.
All price are vary to vary. Dec 05- Jan 07 is higher season price .

Very True. I bought the ticket of 11 Dec from DHAKA-BAHRAIN-LONDON-EDMONTON that cost me 1800 CAD incl. taxes.

i get so fa+king crzy just book a flight yyr to Toronto $708 ... now i have to book flight from toronto to Dhaka...
....... what ever its take i wanna see the fuc+kr visa officer.. :'( im gonig bangladesh :P :P :P

If they are doing a medical extension, it is because the medical report is the only outstanding reason for issuing your Visa. Since the medical files just go to RMO Manila, there is no reason it takes longer to check an existing medical file than to examine a new one. My medicals expired August 10. But in between there was a PPR, photos, IMM5669 (I believe this one is for additional information for the re-med), criminal record check, and (at a later date) a re-chest xray.

For me it has been 2 weeks since my wife's re-chest x-ray, and I hear it takes about a week for it to be sent off. Not sure if it'll take an additional 4-6 weeks to re-examine the medicals... Hopefully sooner than that. But yeah, you should ask your MP to find out whats going on. Maybe your file is stuck.

Hi Rasu,

This is a booklet that contain all your family members such as mother, father, brothers & sisters everyone that lives in the same house which is giving out from the local authority. I am not sure is the same as your country, in Vietnam we use that booklet. I hope this help.

Just want to share my good news with you all, today I checked my ECAS and it my wife home address have changed to my Canada Residence address and the status also changed to "Decision Made". Now I'm just waiting my wife's passport with Visa & COPR back from singapore/IOM.

Here is my timeline after 14 months:

- Application mail to CPC-Mississauga August 8th, 2011. ECAS= Application Received
- AOR Received by CPC-Mississauga August 9th, 2011. ECAS= Application Received
- File Transfer to Singapore November 7th, 2011. ECAS= Application Received
- September 19th 2012. ECAS= In Process
- October 8th 2012 requested from Singapore VO to re-medical, police clearance & submitting Passport.
- (Medical Received in Manila 11-5-2012) ECAS= Medical results have been received.
- November 13, 2012 My wife home address changed to my Canadian address and ECAS changed to "Decision Made"

Yes, he just got it from post office, scheduled for 11;30am.
