Simple question about dates

I am filling out the forms for sponsoring and I have a question about dates. What if there is no "stop date"? For example; my current address, work position etc. Should I write today's date or just leave it blank?

Just put "TO DATE" or "DATED" or "PRESENT"... Same as we do in our resume~//

That is what i did.. Others can may light on your question as well.

I have never find a problem with it, as i have filled my study permit and work permit forms in past.

"Current" works too.
