Still not working. I called up CIC also, seems they want us to wait and retry tomorrow :(

But they don't have any technical contact and want us to fill below form

Their Case Specific Enquiry replied to inquiry. They wanted me to provide them with screenshot of what happens when you push the "Continue to Sign-in Partner" button. I did that and sent off another inquiry. Hopefully this will help.

If I were you guys, I would be calling cic or the SecureKey Concierge or fill out the form posted earlier in this thread. The reply I got from them gave me a feeling they have no idea that anything is wrong. :/
 
I had called CIC and the SecureKey Concierge both of them. Seems unless they receive many complaints they will not be able to get complete idea. Perhaps everyone should be calling them.
 
I am surprised that only 7 people that replied here are having this issue.

It's the fourth day already after I received a message and a status update. There could be serious implications on my application if I won't be able to login within a day or so.

SecureKey Concierge service guy don't know anything and neither CIC. Also, no reply from the technical support after filling this form. It seem like nobody knows/cares about this issue.
 
try this guys.... it worked for me.

go to securekeyconcierge.com/available-services/ and select "Citizenship and Immigration Canada" and then select "Continue to Sign-In partner"..
 
WAIT nevermind it ERROR 500 for me again :(

It started to work, I got to the part to input my infor and then it errored 500 on me :( Now it just goes back to the home page again.

Here is not working also....but you can call cic saying that you got few messages in your account and you are not being able to check them, they can check the messages for you...so if its nothing important you don't have to worry...this happened to me..so overtime i got a message i called them and they check it for me!
 
Believe me.. i logged in and uploaded documents too.. now it is down again :( I cant access it this way too..

I did! They can"t check Express Entry Messages/Status. They can check everything else but nothing on EE. CIC call centre is absolutely useless for Express Entry.

Try this form https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx i had a question about EE and the call centre couldn't answer...so they sent me this link so i could submit the form...it took around a week and they answered me!
 
The best we can do is to continue to make noise about it here, on social media and call both Secure Key and CIC until it's corrected. This is our livelihoods that are on the line.
Don't be angry, just be polite, let them know the issue and make sure they tell their supervisors or tech people. :)
 
Btw...just checked sign in partner right now...and its working here!!!!
