Should I withdraw my CL Sponsorship Application if I got PR through Express Entry?

Some background:
I was aiming for the express entry/PNP pathway but didn't hear anything for a while. Since my time was running short, my partner and I submitted a CL Sponsorship application. We also ended up getting AOR. Few months after, I received PNP and applied through express entry.
I got my PR through that pathway while my CL sponsorship is still open. I was wondering if I have to withdraw that and if there's any consequences to doing so. Furthermore, is my partner still responsible for my undertaking even if I got PR through EE?

Your common law partner would only have been responsible, financially (for the first 3 years), with the Spousal Sponsorship route.

Since you have already landed as a PR, withdraw your Spousal Sponsorship application and hope that your RPRF (at least) can be refunded. If IRCC has already begun `working on your sponsorship application', they may not be excited to refund anything, but...it's worth a try.
