No any further reply from CHC so far should i send another reminder or wait?

it's only 17 Days, from CHC reply. you should have wait..

and why they rejected, did they send you any letter of rejection??

after wait of 3.5 years a great visa officer checked my case and issued a refusal letter saying that my job duties mismatch with NOC. Later on when i applied CAIPS i found that in CAIPS that genius visa officer was very impressed with my job duties but due to short experience in relevant NOC he Refused my case check bellow documents.

Your file was neither prepared not reviewed properly. Send them repeated CSE and emails including a copy to the CIC head office etc and raise your concern. There is no need to worry as you are safe and justice should be served.

I disagree with qshahzad. You should wait. However, the comments made that you copied the job description from internet. Inform your bank that they may contact them.

I think you should shoot reminder email every 15 days, that's what I have observed this far. The more they think you are eager, the quicker they respond!

Your file is waiting review and in the waiting line. Your case will be assessed on the next BFD which may be after 6 months. Have patience. No need to send cse again and again. It won't be helpful to you. Your file will reopen on its turn.

who is head of CIC department? do u have his official email id? of official mailing address?

Dear cheeta!My case is same as yours.My vo is also MCH.I was refused in June and i have sent re consideration appeal on 5 august.Still no reply.I think you should wait and be patience.

Assalamualaikum,

You case is quite strong provided that u have well defended ur point in ur reconsideration letter. As there have been a lot of activity lately in LVO, I hope u will get a response soon. As per my observation, you have good chances of getting it positive.

And you have acted like a cheetah indeed as u didn't surrender to the decision of Vo.

Besides, there is nothing to lose in sending a CSE fortnightly....

My reconsideration request was accepted on 08-08-2012 but still i have not received any reply of my reconsideration .Please tell me if any one received response after reconsideration .
