Should I upload PCC post application submission via webform?

Hi,

I received my PCC now post my PR application submission. Should I upload it proactively via webform or wait for IRCC to ask for the PCC. I had uploaded LOE for missing PCC during my application.
If anyone had uploaded PCC later and it was accepted, kindly let me know. Your response is much appreciated.
