Should I submit transcripts for a Degree I never completed?

Hi all.

I have a question regarding the submission of past qualification transcripts to the VO. Basically, I did a Music degree when I 1st studied 8 years ago... but never completed it due to youth and lack of finances. I Entered the workforce after quitting the degree and later got a diploma in Business management + certificate in Merchandising, which were completed a year ago.

I've now been accepted to two Canadian colleges (for a post-grad certificate in digital marketing) with the transcripts for the later qualifications, but I didn't show them the music degree transcripts as it was an incomplete degree.

Now however, I want to know whether I WILL need to include the 8 year old music college transcripts to the VO? Or can I just leave them out and just show the last and complete transcripts for my Business Management diploma etc???

1st: If you show ur music degree, then u have to show ur mark sheet and provisional certificate while filing ur visa
which i think u ll not have as u have not completed it.

2nd: an incomplete degree will give VO wrong impression that u r not serious at studies.

if you have proper justification for why u discontinued, then u can show..

But my personal views, dont show as this ll also lead to course mismatch + addition to the issues i discussed above.

Ah, I see! Thank you for your kind response - it makes perfect sense really. I will omit the incomplete degree then.

One more question: Must I send originals of the diplomas/certificates + transcripts? Or must it just be a certified photocopy? This is unclear on the CIC website and check list document... so I don't want to send the wrong version

it has to be photocopies (colour ) and notarized.

still u have to justify the VO as u ll b having gap in ur SOP
I can help u better if u can give a clear picture of ur academics with year of passing
