Should i show my diploma from canada in application which i dont have the certificate yet?

Hello all,

I am creating profile for express entry. I have done two post secondary courses of one year each from canada. I have got first one's transcript and certificate but not for second one due to some fee pending. should i mention the second one in the application or not ?
your help is appreciated. thank you

Does it dramatically affect your score?

If you are sure that you will get the certificate before the submission deadline you should mention it in the EE.
First, you will receive ITA and after you will have around 3 months (don't remember exactly) to submit the application.
