Should I fill in the info for my brothers?

Sponsoring my mom here, I have two other brothers, both grown up and stay in the home country have no intention to come to Canada. So in terms of forms

• I should not include them in the form imm0008
• I should include them in the form imm5669 (each of them should fill a new form, including myself)

As clearly stated in the guide, IMM5669 must be filled out by dependent children.
