Should ECAS show Medicals Received for the applicant?

I know ECAS is not 100% reliable, but I was wondering if I (the applicant) should see "Medicals received" when I check ECAS?

I did my medical on August 26th, the system was down so the doctor sent the results on August 30th and my application got to Mississauga on September 18th. I received sponsor approval on October 31st.

As the applicant, I only see text along the lines of "We received your application September 18th". Nothing about my medical.

It sometimes takes a while for ecas to be updated.

Eventually it should say medicals received when you click on the status
