shoplifting is a criminal offence,ok but i think it cant be a risk of violence or security risk for a country as its a minor crime/offence.as far my knowledge goes shoplifting ( not robbery or serious theft ) / getting traffic ticket / arrest because of minor fight/chaos etc dont count as serious/criminal offence.PMM said:
