Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Guys

I applied to Sydney under FSW and my application reached Sydney on 15/11/2009 for the first stage clearance. Just now i realised that i answered an item in question 9 of the schedule 1 back ground declaration of my spouse wrongly. He answered "no" to a question ----" have you or your spouse previously sought refugee status in canada or applied for a canadian immigrant or permanent resident visa .....?. Actually he had applied for PR in April 2008. Since his profession is not on the 38 occupations list, now we applied again with me as the principal applicant. Actually we read only the first part of the question and thought it a question about the refugee status application and answered "no" to the question.

My DD is encashed on June 10th and am still waiting for a response. Do you think whether i should sent an email to Sydney clarifying the question and a request to amend the answer? Is it worth doing that since my application is still pending. If so, in which email id i must send the email. I look forward to your valuable advise from members of this forum .... Thank you in advance

Write them a letter explaining them the whole situation.. and one question
What did you answer for this question Yes or No?

I answered No to that question. I will surely email them, but which email id i will have to use to reach out to Sydney office? Please suggest me if anybody got their email id. Look forward to a reply. Thank you, SK for taking your time to reply.

Write them a letter or fax instead of e.mail... This is a serious issue and I have seen a person rejected due to this misrepresentation

Hi Nit, you can try this --

FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca

I received my 120 days email from Sydney which they sent from this address.

But, SK is right, fax might be better. Or mail them a registered letter.

Good luck to you.

Could anybody let me know the fax number of Sydney CIU please? Thank you very much Kyu010170 and SK for your inputs.
