Hi everyone,

I would like to share my time line for my PNP application for your reference

Oct 10, 2008 submitted BC PNP application
Jan 23,2009 received BC PNP nomination
Feb 27,2009 submitted PR application to Buffalo
Jun 23, 2009 received medical examination
Jun 27, 2009 file was transferred to Seattle
Jan 15, 2010 received interview waiver by email, previous criminal record was expired and request an update criminal record
Feb 23, 2010 submitted additional documents as request
to date no response.....

See I don't understand that "Criminal record was expired" This is for sure that it will get expired when Embassy will take 9-10 months for transferring file or reaching the level of background check. Was your PCC expired at the time when you submitted application at CIC?

Thank you for your replying. What I heard is criminal record is only validate within a year. If the application process is beyond a year, we have to provide a new validate criminal record even though PPC is still fine.
