I received this reply from London in response to my enquiry sent on 21st,March, on e-cas of RBVO but not receiving 2nd AOR. and full Docs received by them on 17th,Jan,2011

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Our office is currently receiving a high volume of applications and it can take several weeks for a file to be created in our office and to appear in our electronic records or for documents to be attached to an existing file. We cannot confirm or deny the existence of an application in our records at this time as you only submitted your documents very recently.

Our office will contact you in due course.

Crystallife is the applicants got reply.

I Had inquired through email sent on 25th March 2011 to CHC London about my application status as I have not yet received my 2nd AOR.

Today I have received their vague response as follows:

Thank you for your enquiry.

CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to priorities set by Parliament. Since we have sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories we are not in a position to process your application at this time. Until we receive further instructions from Parliament, we cannot predict when processing on you application will commence.
Yours sincerely,

Client Service Unit

Hi Every body,
My status showing [In Process]
but details of status are as under
We received your application for permanent residence on December 25, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 26, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 17, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

What does all this mean??
when should I expect my medical , as my profession is IT Manager, which is no longer in the latest list.

My case is in London Office, what email is used to ask them about the details ?

Thanks
