I don’t think that matters. Have a friend who had LPP assigned to RC 8090 in GCMS but the processing was done by Scarborough. Oath from SCR too. This was Oct 2023.

Question: I see others got their BG completed before test invite. But for me got test invite the first thing. Does that mean BG is completed but Not updated. everything shows as in progress on tracker.

Unfortunately, It is an infinite loop. I passed my test on Nov. 15 and still waiting for BG. The ones who passed test earlier than BG, they have to wait for unlimited time till they pass the BG.
P.S. I am from Montreal office, too.

There has been an update in my file... LPP completed Feb 15, Oath Scheduled for Feb 27

I have a question. My oath ceremony will be in-person tomorrow, Feb. 21. I selected to receive an e-certificate when I submitted my application, but given that I'll be attending an in-person ceremony, will I receive a paper certificate instead?

I was able to create an IRCC portal account but under the Download eCertificate section, it says "You have not opted to receive an electronic Citizenship Certificate.". Weird!

Curious to know if anyone's experiencing the same thing as me. Thanks!

You'll get the paper certificate tomorrow at the ceremony.
