hey everyone,
have anyone of you received a medical request after submitting medicals via webform? (this was upfront medicals, but done after app submission, but before the medical request)
I submitted a new webform to update my medicals, but it said it could take up to 28 days to recieve a reply...

Hi everyone!
I applied for non SDS student visa from Abu Dhabi on 22nd April 2022 and completed biometrics on 25th April 2022.
I got a notification about my rejection yesterday, 5th May 2022 citing the following reasons,
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216 (1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your home country of residence
2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216 (1) of the IRPR, based on your purpose of visit
3. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216 (1) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status

Can someone please guide me on how to apply for gcms notes? Has anyone else faced a similar situation and can provide some help?

Do you have family in canada? base on the first reason given.

My son applied and he has me, his sister and aunt who are PRs, so I am wondering if that will be an issue.

Yes same happened with me. Any updates so far?

no update yet :/
i have sent 2 CSEs and 2 webforms so far already, no response yet.
I also contacted my medical center via email (the only way of contact), but no response either.
I am thinking passing the medical exam again, I would even be willing to pay the 250$ again, but I am not sure, if I would be required to do all of the tests all over again, especially the x-ray I am not so keen on taking so frequently...
not sure what to do

Under SDS Category
-Online Submission Confirmation ( May20,2022)
- Biometrics Collection letter ( 20 May,2022)
- Biometrics submission and updated in portal (25 May 2022).

This situation is get us frustrated every single day, I applied on the 23rd February and did my biometric on the 28th February 2022, fron then no update yet. It's over three months now still on the waiting guys. It really not easy.

Nothing on my end... Application submitted on March 5 and still nothing. I know it may not help at all but next week I'm traveling to Argentina to personally go to the Buenos Aires Embassy and at least complain in person. At this point, I'm more than frustrated with this hole experience and all I want is an answer, I honestly don't care if it's an acceptance or a refusal. I need to have certainty about what I'm going to do in the coming months.

Still nothing on my end... I traveled to Argentina only to be told by the security personal of the Embassy that I had to wait a reply via email. I was not able to speak with anybody. I raised several webforms and emails and I've heard nothing from IRCC.... It's incredible how bad they are at support.
